I've been waiting for the unlock for TWO WEEKS! No answer!

I submitted a request to tech support that my account was suspended TWO WEEKS AGO! After about 10 days, they deigned to answer me and wrote that they had unblocked my account. But in fact, the account was still blocked! I sent a new request five days ago and still haven't received ANY response. Those support is incompetent, or rather it is completely absent.

    So far I haven't received any response at all! Those. support does not care about the appeals and their users.
