Make a badge for people who report users that break TOS

    Hey isavc,
    I don't think this is a good badge to put up. 
    Since the farm rate will drastically increase, creating spam in the support tickets for example.
    You should also know that when a report is made, the user who initiated it is "protected by confidentiality". 
    So I'm afraid that users who might have the badge will be targeted.
