Improved Streaming Mode

There are some complaints I have about Streamer Mode, my biggest one being that when it's enabled, it hides your tag, but it doesn't hide your friend nicknames. If you don't want your friends' names being displayed if you go over to Discord for something, this can be a huge privacy issue. If you request it, it should also be able to blur out videos if someone tries to do a surprise face reveal or something and you don't want their video being displayed on YouTube.
