Ability to whitelist specific users from DND status

What if there was a feature where you could add users to a list and DMs or pings from those users would be allowed to send notifications even when on DND status

This could even be integrated into a larger "close friends" feature similar to Twitter circles with perks such as pinning their DMs to the top of the list and a secondary close-friends-only bio/status
