Have the possibility to create public voice room, for those who do not have user in discord.

Example of operation:
Creation of a type of External Room where it can generate a link where people outside the discord can to enter and participate;

 

And in the future add plus options with Nitro and boosted server's, like recording the meeting, etc...

  But Discord doesn't require you to register anything, just input a nickname (M$ Teams, for example, does the same, except on a per-call basis). If you have a server set up with no restrictions, you can just send the link to anyone, and they'll just be asked to input a nickname, and be able to join... And anyone can just create a server. Although I see how an "instant chat room" functionality could be useful, it's just not fitting with how, why and what Discord is...
