Assign a role

In big community channel You want to let some users (officers in my case) to assign a role for new members or promote existing ones.

But if you let them do thet they also can do a mess with rooms privilages, this option is too powerfull.

It would be great to split this option into two:

Manage roles only for admins/supporters.

And assign roles for officers/recruiters:
