folder settings expanded

i use folders a lot as a neat freak and have a lot of quality of life additions that would make folders cleaner and easier.

1. folder notification settings that override server notification settings. these can be toggled on/off in case you dont want everything in that folder to have the same notification settings. for example, im in a bunch of large servers for games i play that im not very active in, but i do like to have on hand and be able to access. aside from moderation pings, i dont want any notifications, but its annoying to have to set every server's notfication settings individually when it would be easier to have them all set to the same thing.

2. folder 'white dot' toggle. this goes along with notifications. it would be nicer for me if i could toggle the white dot that indicates something in the folder has a notification off since it bugs me and rarely do i need to check the folder for whatever notification it was

3. locking folders. locking a folder does not allow it to be opened and drop down all the servers unless you unlock it. this will prevent the folder from opening on its own (i have problems with that) and keep you from accidentally clicking on a folder you didnt want to open, as an open folder can take up a lot of space. 

im sure theres plenty more features that could be added to folders, as they seem to be relatively simple now and i think more settings could make them more useful.
