Mobile Thumbnails Cutting Off Text
After the latest update, mobile thumbnails do not display the full image.
Instead, the top and bottom of thumbnails are cut off, meaning I have to expand the message to view the image, even if normally my Tablet screen is large enough to read the full image.
After some more browsing of image channels, I guess this is due to some new thumbnailing method as multiple images are appearing side by side in a single post.
This further ruins previews, as several landscape oriented wallpapers in a post now show up as 2 square images with majority of their content not visible.
Respectfully, this was a terrible idea. Aspect ratio of thumbnails should be preserved in order to provide an accurate preview of images. Please at minimum give us the OPTION to disable this “smart” (dumb) picture preview method.

I've found this very frustrating as well. I don't mind the idea, but making it an option feels necessary.
I am still struggling with the font change as I am slightly dyslexic, and that was another frustrating change without an option.

I’ve just seen that this change even stretches tiny .gif files across the screen.
Imagine a 32x32 animated square meant to be the same size as an emoji being stretched so that an 8x32px portion is now 1200x300 pixels.
Actually hilariously bad UX.
