Is it okay to make a new account if Discord disables your account but not bans any info?

Is it okay to make a new discord when your account is disabled for just being in a server that, after shutdown due to ToS, causes yours to be disabled? I even moved my phone number over with no issues even though I've seen otherwise

    I already appealed and they said no. I got a response from Clyde which I assume is a bot?
