Add voice chat mute delay to the keybind itself and not only push to talk mode

Title. Right now the voice chat mute delay is only for when you have push to talk enabled but not open mic.

A lot of times I have push to mute on so I can talk in a game but not in the call. However, when I stop pushing the button people in the chat can hear me for a split second. I'd appreciate this if this was added for both and not restricted towards only one of the talking methods. Thank you!
