Discords own Server List / Discovery for smaller servers

Hey there, I think Discord should have its own server list for smaller servers, or at least more functions to promote them. While larger servers thrive through the Discovery feature, there are many people who enjoy being part of somewhat smaller community.

Currently 3rd party server lists like Disboard seem to be the go-to place for looking for these smaller servers.

Some suggestions I've seen on the Feedback forum are:

- Allowing to promote your own servers within your profile

- Discords own Server Listing which includes small servers

Both of those would of course need a little bit of moderation, or the ability for users to flag servers going against Discords guidelines. Still I would really like seeing something like this, because discovering new servers you like is still pretty hard currently.
