Streamer son ecran avec ou sans le son

J'aimerais qu'on ait la possibilité de pouvoir streamer notre écran avec ou sans le son du bureau, cela nous évitera de devoir changer à chaque fois le stream d'une appli à l'autre pour avoir le son.

par exemple je streame mon navigateur et je veux que la personne puisse aussi entendre mon jeu même si je change de pages ou autres.
