FEATURE REQUEST: allow client side personal channel sorting

it would be nice to allow personalized channel sorting along with default, i'm in a lot of servers where channel organization....isn't the best to put it nicely. if users were able to sort channels to there liking on their own client while Mods and those with channel edit access could edit the master sort list from a sort menu it would help make navigating servers easier from person to person
