Notificationless Message
A simple feature to allow people to send content to their friends that is not time sensitive.
Example:
Dave finds a funny video of a cat that Claire would enjoy but Claire is asleep.
Dave decides to send a silent message that will not disturb her sleep so that she can view it at her leisure when she next checks discord naturally.
People send eachother content all the time, especially a string of links to the content that they themselves are watching and want to share. Occasionally this can annoy another person that is busy with something else.

It should be on the person receiving the message to have notifications on when they want them and off when they don't want to be disturbed.
