Server mods should get a warning before deleting other people's super reactions

When someone goes to delete their own super reaction, discord gives them a warning that they will not be refunded the reaction to their account if they remove it, which makes sense considering they are limited and a paid feature. However, if someone else with permissions to remove reactions goes to remove it, they can easily do so without any type of warning that they are basically throwing away something that someone paid for. I've had this lead to some somewhat heated discussions in servers I'm in and I really think discord needs to give those people the same warning it gives when the original reactor goes to remove their reaction.

  They could also consider making it so that if someone besides the user removes the reaction, they get it refunded. The server owner/mod/whoever is happy the reaction is gone, and the user hasn't lost use of their paid feature.
