Discord support ignoring my tickets and marking them as solved when no one responded.
I'm incredibly frustrated with support, I was falsely reported for being underage so I sent them my birth certificate and school id. I followed all the requirements but not a single person responded and just marked my tickets as solved, account is still disabled too. I've been using Discord for 4 years now and been paying Nitro for 2 years, the least support can do is communicate.

Omg I have been hacked despite having 2FA and the hacker changed my email address. It's been like 3/4 days since I submitted a request and the hacker also found a way to use my email address and spam requests when I didn't do it myself. I also reached out to them in Twitter on more than one occasion and they still haven't replied. I have been a member since 2019 and have had Nitro for almost 2 years. I can totally understand how you must be feeling ;-;

Bro DM Jumps that must sucks, Discord support is terrible and honestly this needs to be talked about more. No one really cares until something bad happens to their account.

Like you get send a "hey, you requested an email change, u sure bud?"

They emailed me some advice saying "*Note: Opening new support requests or sending too many responses on an open case will update the ticket in our system and move it to the back of the queue.*"
So I suggest not to spam requests or send too many responses, my anxiety is high but it's for the best.0 -
I mean, I've been waiting on a ticket that they've probably marked as resolved because my 1 year ban off the issue just passed. I have just had shit experience with their support, and been given nothing positive yet.

I got scammed and lost access to my account and Discord has been ignoring me for 57 days now, no human interaction, with both tickets open and escalated within a few days of their opening.
Discord does not care about their consumers.
