Discord Support not responding after 2 weeks regarding a banned account?

It's been 2 weeks. I have attempted to appeal a false ban on my account for "indicating I was under 13". After opening a ticket 2 weeks ago, I have recieved no response. Support won't even talk to me about appealing my ban. What can I do? How do I unban my account?
