Pinning Users to the top of Member List in Public Servers

Hello, I frequent a public server often, and usually only a handful of the people in it actually talk every once in a while. I find that the member list, while listing the mods and higher roles up top, is sort of useless when I'm checking to see who is online or available to talk to. There are about 2000 or so members on the server, but only around 20 actually interact regularly. I was thinking a feature, like being able to pin users to the top of the member list, or mark them in a close-circle so that they show up at the top of your usual member list in public servers would be nice.
