Create a forum category system, in which you could create tags inside that category. Pretty much, you would be able to hover over a tag which has a small arrow indicating that it is a category, and it would have a bunch of more specific things inside of it, You could select an option to make the category itself selectable. This would help organise tags. Therefore able to give servers with forums more of a professional and clean look.

  Forum channels already have tags, I am not sure what you are refferring to
