Nitro & Nitro Classic Gifts confirmation (optional)

I should be able to see who's trying to use the gift link. That way, we would be secure while giving out gifts. This option should be optional because you might want to giveaway to the first, or maybe you want to give it to an exact person, but then you see someone else already used that link, and you don't even know-how. So, in the end, you just have a broken bank account and a redeemed Nitro code.

I suggest this because that has happened to me a few times. I get so pissed off that I just want to slam the person who stole my gift in the face; even so, I can't do anything when they have already redeemed the code because of the refund policy Discord has. This option could save a lot of headaches.
