quick voice and video through text chat

hello, A while ago i was talking to my friend on discord through a text channel and wanted to send him a picture of my room but there was no way to send a quick picture of my room without having to go to the computers camera app take a picture save it then send it through discord to him, I had to do this because I didn't want to go in a video call because we both were busy so I think it would be nice if discord added a quick video/mic feature or button in text chat where using your web cam and or mic you can send quick photos, videos and or sound clips.
