Text Channel Menus by Tagging or Message Title

hi,

I have a suggestion for a text channel. I have a text channel to handle such an important message for everyone. on this channel it gets hard to find an important message because it should use the search box to find them. but every time using search box everyone doesn't know "what's the title of x information". so I suggest giving a menu for the text channel to give a tagging/heading a title. so people can see the content by those tags easily.

I've dropped an example of Menu. This is the menu that contains the food group. It can be changed like "an important message group" = "food group". Then every group has a title of the important message that saved by tagging. 

So if this implemented on the Discord I suggest to be placed in this box. so everyone can find some messages by tag/title.
