Slash Command - Sub commands

So it currently seems that if a developer makes a command group (utilities) then inside that group they make a sub-command group (utilities/stats) they are unable to get the ID of that specific command. Say I go one step deeper for example and want something like /utilities stats user. I am unable to individually target this command to delete it or update it. I would have to edit the bigger group (utilities) and re add everything except that individual sub command. We already get the options, value and name but sadly no ID. I think it'd make development of slash commands heaps easier.
