Background music for each channel without voice channel connection

Hey, i think it would be cool to add a background music in channels. Without anyone getting into a voice channel to activate a bot. It comes default muted, then you can unmute it whenever you can, it will give the channel and the chat a vibe listening to music together. Managed by a mod ofcourse.
