[FEATURE REQUEST] bring back the verified bot dev badge!

I do believe that I made something similar to this but discord never got back. please discord add it back! it was a big part of bot development and it was just taken away really without notice. like I said, you can choose to award a user the badge if you find the application looks real or not if it's fake. seriously you need to do this NOW as more and more people are sending in their applications that deserve the badge that won't get one.

  I feel like this is a useful feature, as they now know you have been verified by discord.
