[Feature Request] Video API
I think adding video stream functionality to a bot would be a wonderful way to make bots really come alive and do things like host party games, stream youtube videos, or even a paint by numbers kind of thing.

Sounds cool, but the idea will be tricky, and it seems to me that not everyone will use this API.

This would be amazing! Imagine using discord to watch YouTube videos or twitch streams together, I looked through the api docs to see if this was possible and was gutted to see it wasn’t. If this was a feature I’d use it non stop
