Show error message when you hit the category channel limit

Hi,

There's a limit of 50 channels per category. If you try to make more in the mobile client, you get a toast notification saying 'Maximum number of channels in category reached (50)'. If you try to do the same in the desktop client, you don't get any kind of feedback. It would be nice to get something similar on the desktop clients.
