Divide up the "Manage Channels" permission.

Please divide up the "Manage Channels" permission into multiple permissions, such as Edit Channel and Delete Channel. I would like to give members of my server permission to edit channel names/topics, but it is worrying to give this permission as it also grants the ability for them to delete channels, one of which contains close to a million messages. There's no reason that these two functions of such drastically different calibers should be grouped together into a single permission.
