Remove Apple payment.

I think its super ridiculous how paying by Apple completely blocks you from server boosting at all which removes half the features. I was supporting Discord long before server boost was even a thing, and I didn't know paying by Apple wouldn't support server boosts at all. I think this is so absurd, Apple shouldn't even be a viable payment.

  Hello! By the way, I purchased Nitro two days ago, and I payed by Apple! Actually, I got two free server boosts with it!! I hope this helps you.
