The New "/ for bot command search" can bypass slowmode

The brand new feature that enable you to search bot command using / doesnt affected by slowmode, this can be abused since people can spam the bot command even tho there is slow mode, though the bot command you can do is limited, you can spam for example, /meme for the Dank Memer bot, this can be annoying for server's that use slowmode on their bot command channel, maybe we can have a new setting "enable slowmode for /bot command" so that people cant spam it
