Phone Removed from my account

So I recently received an email saying my phone has been removed from my discord account. I didn't authorize said removal, and I don't know what account it now associated with. When I talked to a representative, they said I have to log into the account that my phone number is tied to and remove it from there, but the issue is I DONT KNOW WHAT ACCOUNT THAT IS. I have no other discord that I use, and again I didn't want to remove my number from it. I have 2FA from an App so I know my account wasn't hacked. Anyone have a solution on how I can get my phone number back from whatever account that somehow got it attached to it?
