Remove 2fa for partnership requirements
I feel like I would want my server to be able to partner without putting my mods and admins in a horrible place where they have to get a text message every time they want to log in

This is for security.
Think about it hypothetically: All of discord's passwords are stolen from their encrypted database. Now, whomever has them, can take control of the accounts of huge, and impactful people, and make it seem like they're saying something they would never say. However, even if said person-with-passwords has the passwords of these people, they don't have the the devices that the 2-factor is linked to, making all of their data, and keeping their pr safe from any who try to purge it.
Before complaining about somethings cons, maybe look at it's pros, and weigh them against each other.

Wiz I know why it is there I just think it shouldn't be mandatory for partnered servers

I also personally think this is not necessary, what if someone doesn't have a phone?
