New badges for developers

New bot developers can no longer get the trailblazer badge. But it seems to me that developer profiles must necessarily be introduced from the side of other users pofiles, regardless of when they started developing bots. Discord needs another icon for developers, which will be available to every user who has a verified bot

    The badge is no longer available because people abused the system and made the verification queue extremely long just to get it, it's been confirmed multiple times that it will never be coming back.
