Pixelated stream, streamers fault or viewers fault? internet connection?
If i stream a youtube video to someone on the voice channel and they are complaining its pixelated, does that mean its my fault the upload quality I'm streaming is low? or do they have bad download speed? i have 1000mbps download and 50mbps upload. the other person who is watching has 350mbps up and down.
whos fault is that?
