More Moderation Actions

Discord's current server moderation system is... not the best. It only has actions to Ban or Kick members, which gives server moderators little control.

For any sort of other features (muting, warning, etc.) you have to rely on third-party bots. They get the job done, but having a fully integrated moderation system would be absolutely incredible. I'm not saying these bots are bad, but changing permissions for a user everytime you wan't to mute them isn't ideal. Using a GUI to do this would also be a big step up from commands.
