A user is harassing my friend with alt accounts

Someone keeps using alt accounts and sending a friend of mine pedophilic animated content. My friend has blocked them several times but the alt accounts keep messaging them. This person is stalking my friend and sending very disturbing content constantly. I would appreciate if the person was IP banned by discord. His ID on one of the accounts is HumanMAN#0203. I have several images for proof of his actions if that is necessary.
