Taskbar Icon Shows New Messages In Do Not Disturb

On desktop (on Windows 10 at least) the Discord icon in the task bar changes to show I have an unread message even when in Do Not Disturb mode.

I would greatly prefer if it didn't do that in Do Not Disturb, or at the very least I could turn it off, so it would remain as below while in Do Not Disturb mode.
