Add voting system so people can vote in chat

I dont know why discord doesnt have this feature its simple and very usefull

  Just like superman had said earlier, there are some bots for this.

  If you don't like bots, you can just add reactions, either by going into the message menu or by typing "+:emoji_name:" into chat.

  I agree with adding a voting system. The bots or emojis work okay, but if people chat in the channel, the vote is lost. adding a feature that shows the vote always at the top of the channel would be super helpful.
