Voice Notes

I believe the feature of sending voice messages would be very useful and a tool that can be used to incorporate variations of expressing speech, alongside texting. Yes calling exists, but it's not always feasible to jump on call and converse, and usually that isn't what's needed. Sometimes you just need to relay and incident or something, and a voice note feature would be very helpful.
