Group Chats in DM Features

At this current moment in time, group chats are amazing in DMs for conversing with your friends without having a server. But sometimes, the features of a server is most definitely cooler than a group chat - right?

I believe that it would be beneficial to allow group chats in DM Administrative features, so rather than having a group owner, you can make someone else an admin, so when you leave the chat eventually - it gives full ownership to them. Or - even transferring an ownership of the group can be an option.

It would also be cool to have bots included in group chat DMs, so you can listen to music with all of your friends without having the effort of making a server. I think this would be amazing.

Not only this, but you should be able to have a delivered/seen feature across DMs as a whole, including group chats. What's the point in waiting for someone to reply when they've already saw it? It'll help us identify if they have or not.
