Message comments, for things like resource channels

We want to be able to comment on a certain post without overloading a channel and blocking the posts themselves. One way of doing this is by adding a show/hide comment section on an important message.

  This is something Discord is already working on. You'll be able to create threads under any message, and even make them private or list all open threads in a channel.
