Maybe fix support so there not ignoring people for 4 months also maybe try not to ignore people on Twitter when we do run into 4 months no response on tickets

    my condolences, but yeah unfortunately it's likely a lost cause whatever it was. don't expect much from discord support at this point. they're either extremely understaffed and/or extremely incompetent, either way, sucks.
