[Feature Request] Describe what Input Monitoring priviliges are for on Mac

When opening Discord on MacOS for the first time, the app should say what the "Input Monitoring" privileges are for (global hotkeys?) and not just ask for them. It can confuse users and let them deny it even though they don't want to deny them.
