Notification Muting for Text Windows

So I know that individuals can mute any channels or even the whole server if they wish, but what I think you guys should allow admis to do is when you are creating a text channel have it where you can set its default for everyone be that it is muted and then they'd have to turn it back on if they wanted to. It could even be tied to the role permissions on the channels/server/categories.

I know it sounds strange but this would be great for servers that have NSFW , Meme or just general tom foolery channels that get blown up with chats. This way when a channel is required to have notifications say for event warnings for you clan/guilds game they get those push notifications with out having to weed thru all the other posts they don't care about and it makes it where the adim just sets it up and they don't have to click anything its just ready for them as soon as they join the discord.

just a thought but its something that I think would be really cool and would help keep the notifications people need going to them while letting them choose to turn back on the ones the Admin suggested they leave off.
