Feature request: a "Push-to-Switch" input mode

I like an option "push-to-talk", but I would prefer an another one: "push-to-switch".
- Once I have pushed it, it should unmute a mic, and work like "Voice Activity" input mode
- Push again - to mute a microphone back.

I know, I can do that myself with a keybind "Toggle VAD", but it does not work for voice rooms with "Voice Activity" mode banned. What I propose - requires manual switching to speak, so there should not be a ban on voice activity for this mode
