[FEATURE REQUEST] VC Recording

I thought of this idea for awhile, because its possible on zoom and teamspeak other stuff, and I feel there should be an option to record a VC ur in. (Of course there would be some limits with this, like maybe only nitros can use this feature, and it would be a nice addon.
