Allow users to cancel a gifted nitro subscription

I have no idea if this is a dupe of another feedback, or if it's already possible, but I think allowing users to cancel a gifted nitro subscription would be a good idea.

Why ? Because a LOT of users are getting scammed. I know, it's their fault, and they should not trade nitro gifts for anything, but that would probably stop scammers from doing what they do.

Obviously, people would try to abuse it, like buying nitro for their friends, cancelling it after a few days and doing it over and over again.
A quick fix would be to a disable this feature 3 days after the payment and to forbid the cancelling user from buying a new nitro for a month or two.

People will probably create alts accounts to bypass this, or find a way to abuse it, but I think Discord should find a solution to stop those type of scams.
