Functionality request: be able to lock the push-to-talk button.

Hello,
Being disabled of the voice, it is impossible for me to make myself heard, even by pushing the sensitivity to 100%, whereas when I use the “press to speak” function which opens the microphone on demand, my interlocutors hear what I say.
Would it be possible to create an option that leaves the microphone open all the time, or just be able to lock the “press to talk” button so that people with this type of disability do not have to press every time? do they mean something?
Having to press makes the conversation spontaneous and this can be very complicated for people who also have mobility problems.
