Game Console support

This is specifically to allow the ability to Voice / Video chat, and Screen share from the console. A few ideas that I would like to see be included are:

Video chat - Again allowing for players to video call each other either during gameplay or just as another means to video chat. Good for players don't have a way to Video chat via PC or Laptop.

Voice chat - Allowing those using the discord app to chat cross platform between PC, Xbox, PS, or Nintendo regardless of game being played or if cross platform is supported in said games (it will be through the app like it is supported via Mobile and PC) . 

Screen Share / Streaming - Allows players to stream from their consoles directly to the discord app letting others watch and/or chat with the streamer live (Which is better then using a stream service which may have a 10 second - 1 min delay on a good connection)

Other things that could be good to add:

Overlay - Same idea as with the PC, allowing players to know who is talking at the moment via icons or to see who is in the current voice / video party.

Texting would also be good to have isn't as necessary but can defiantly be an option/ alternative to the text systems they use in the console.

Please keep in mind these are just ideas that I personally would like to see in a console discord app. Specifically for the Xbox, PS, and Switch consoles.
