Accessibility Options

Since a lot of people are upset about the removal of Blurple, the changed style of reactions I think there should be a toggle in accessibility to change the style of discord to your likings, where you can change the color of pings, reaction borders, etc. This will give users a way to have Discord fit them personally, making Discord easier to see and read. 

As far as the new logo goes, its not really a good design, and not many people like it, so it should be reverted as well.
